If you look up the the definition of the word “audiophile” in the dictionary you may find my picture in there next to it.

I don’t think there are many people who enjoy music as much as I do. So, when a product brought to the market that may allow me to get even more enjoyment out of music than its got my interest. Now with that being said I’m very curious in Zelco’s Outi earphones.

The Outi earphones works a bit differently from conventional earphones. Each is clipped onto the ear, instead of being placed into the ear close to eardrum.

The Outi earphones are then able to transmit sound through out the body. It might be doing this by conducting sound vibrations through bone and muscle - I await more info on this.

Zelco says that the Outi will allow the user to enjoy what they’re listening to and still be aware of sounds around them, even taking part in a conversation.

The Outi can be used with cellphones, iPod/MP3 players, and CD/DVD players . It takes 90 minutes to charge and then can be used for 6-8 hours. It sells for $110, it is currently available in white, but black and pink models may be offered later. It is can be purchased at Zelco’s website.
