Porsche has unveiled a preproduction version of its Cayenne gas-electric hybrid SUV. The hybrid engine has increased gas mileage by 20 percent. This allows it to deliver 24.4 mpg highway versus the 17.9 mpg of the standard V-6 equipped Cayenne.
